About me

About me

I am a qualified and registered Gestalt therapist, with additional training in humanistic and CBT counselling. This means that I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore with you any issues that may be affecting your current life circumstances. The approach that I use means that I can offer many tools and techniques that complement the traditional talking therapy, and I am able to adapt my way of working dependant on your needs and and goals for therapy.

I have a specialist interest in neurodiversity and support many clients with Autism, ADHD and associated diagnosis and pre diagnosis. I do not work with what is often referred to as a label, rather the indiviudual and their presenting issue, adapting the therapy to suit their needs.

My personal and professional experience of neurodiversity continues to drive my passion to assist those who may be struggling with areas of their lives, and encourage a greater confidence for those who are learning about themselves.
